Roundtable over kinderrechten in Europa

Op donderdag 5 februari 2026 organiseert Ewa Kopacz, Vice-President en European Parliament Coordinator on Children’s Rights, samen met het European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) en Eurochild een roundtable over kinderrechten. Het doel is om samenwerking en strategische uitwisseling te versterken tussen onafhankelijke nationale kinderrechteninstellingen en Eurochild-leden, op zowel nationaal als Europees niveau.
De roundtable vindt plaats in het Europees Parlement in Brussel en online, met vertaling beschikbaar in het Engels, Frans, Duits, Italiaans, Pools en Spaans.
Het Kinderrechtencollectief levert een bijdrage over de mentale en fysieke gezondheid van kinderen in Nederland en zet hiermee de Nederlandse situatie in Europees perspectief.
Het event is bedoeld voor iedereen die werkt aan kinderrechten of betrokken is bij kinderrechtenbeleid op nationaal of Europees niveau.

On Thursday 5 February 2026, Ewa Kopacz, Vice-President and European Parliament Coordinator on Children’s Rights, together with the European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) and Eurochild, will host a roundtable on children’s rights. The aim is to strengthen cooperation and strategic exchange between independent national child rights institutions and Eurochild members at both national and EU levels.
The roundtable will take place in the European Parliament in Brussels and online, with interpretation available in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, and Spanish.
The Dutch Children’s Rights Coalition (Kinderrechtencollectief) will contribute on children’s mental and physical health, putting the Dutch situation in a European perspective.
This event is intended for everyone working on children’s rights or involved in children’s rights policy at national or European level.
